This is a very small bud vase with a scarf flair.

Approximate Dimensions:
Width at lip: 1 1/8 inches at the outside with only 5/8 inches opening
Hight: 3 inches tall
 
This vase glazed inside and out, but because of the nature of glaze and the inability to view the entire inside of the vase, I do not lable it as 'food safe'.
