Ordering, Shipping and Returns

Ordering:
To place an order, just make your selection, fill your shopping cart, and check out.


Payment:
Currently we are only accepting major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.


Tax:
There is a 7% sales tax on orders shipped to South Carolina addresses.  All other states tax is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Order Confirmation:
You will receive an Order Confirmation via email when you place your order.

Shipping is through USPS:
We offer both first class and Priority Mail. 

I would suggest using Priority Mail since it is insured up to $100 and you can process a claim if the package arrives damaged.

First class mail is cheaper but does not come automatically insured.  The longer transit time also increases the change of the product being damaged in transit.


Speaking of shipping issues:

I will pack your treasures the best I can, and do my VERY best to insure that when USPS uses it like the football in the Super Bowl, it will still be in one piece when it arrives at your door.

If the package is damaged, please take a lot of pictures of it before opening the box, just in case the contents are damaged.  Since you will have the contents and box, and you pay for the shipping, it is your RIGHT to file the claim for the damage.  Contact me at VibrantClay@2bVibrant.com for “before” pictures of your shipment.

​If the contents are broken and the box NOT damaged, my guess is that it went through a sonic boom or EMF pulse, which seems highly unlikely.  But should such an incident occur, you can still file a claim with USPS.  You may contact me at VibrantClay@2bVibrant.com for “before” pictures, for the sake of my curiosity, your speculations on what could have happened.
 

RETURNS:
Since I am not Amazon, I do not have deals for returns and it costs as much for you to send it back to me as it did for me to send it to you in the first place.  So there will be no returns

1. Please make sure YOU KNOW that you really want what you are buying. Check the size, email me with questions, ask for another picture, ask about food safeness and anything you may want to know that I didn't add to the webpage.  I am happy to explore it with you, so we can be sure you are pleased with your purchase.

 

2. If the box is damaged and the contents are broken, chipped or cracked, you will need to file a claim with USPS. I will help in any way possible but the claim must be filed by the receiver.  I take pictures of every shipment so we have proof that it left my studio in good order.

 

3. If the contents are broken without box damage, we can work together to find a win/win solution. You can file a claim with USPS but if they deny it, let’s agree to dialogue to reach a solution that works for both of us.

Privacy & Safety

This is the internet. It is not a "safe place" -- it only has the illusion of safety.

FACT.

Now that we have dealt with the brutal facts, let me say clearly that I will not use or sell your information in any way other than to process your order. I will not email you unless there is an issue with the order.

IF you subscribe to get site updates, I will only email you when there is an update to the contents of the shop - but really - ONLY if you voluntarily sign up.  Our update form is at the bottom of the page.

Contact and credit card information is only shared with the credit card gateway and process company, which meets all of the current PCI security protocols. From their info:  "Wix encrypts all sensitive data with several tools: SSL, TLS 1.2+, and HTTPS. Stagnant, stored data, is protected with AES-256."

This site does use Google Analytics to track traffic through the site's webpages.  Google is, well, Google, so greedy with data collection and obscure about what they do with it.  They do put it in cute little graphs so I know which pages y'all like most.  However, you still have the power to choose whether or not you accept cookies or want to customize them.

This is not a "production pottery" business. We do one of a kind, individual pieces. Some may look alike but it is not intentional, unless I just happen to like the shape or color.
