Custom Pots
Custom orders are currently made via email.
Before you write, please see the base prices below. The base price is the price to create the pot from scratch to the bisqueware stage of the process.
Bisqueware means the pot has successfully made it through the first firing and is ready for glaze and/or decorations.
Prices vary depending on clay body, process, size, complexity, and design.
Processing time for custom pots ranges between 8-10 weeks. This time could be much shorter depending on design or if there are premade bisque pots in stock.
Some designs require a very slow dry time to avoid cracks in the clay body. Pots that crack during drying have to be reclaimed and the process starts over from scratch.
A non-refundable down payment/retainer of $50 is required to start the pottery process of a custom pot.
After a pot is complete, images will be uploaded on a private store page where you can view it, pay the balance due and choose you shipping option.

Solid Color Glaze: +$10

Solid Color Glaze and custom lettering using vinyl resist: +$20

Custom lettering using silk screen stencils and hand painted designs: $TBD by complexity.
**Lettering - number of words/characters is limited by mug style and size. ​

22k Gold Luster accents or decals: $TBD by design.
